PA to Chief Executive & SMT

(Ref. PACE_02)

Grade 2 £22,163-£27,088 (depending on experience)

Full Time 35 hours pw (Flexible hours and job share can be considered)

Location – this role is Camberwell based

As a result of internal promotion we are looking for a new PA for our Chief Executive and the Senior Management Team (SMT). The PA works closely with the SMT to provide a proactive support service as it arises. Work includes arranging travel, diaries, planning events and helping with the collation of bid information. Applicants will need to be comfortable operating at a senior level as there is a lot of contact with senior external stakeholders as well as Board members and other internal managers. Strong IT skills are absolutely essential as the PA will be expected to work with spreadsheets, databases, Word and outlook at a high level, assisting SMT with queries where required. Successful candidates will also be highly organised and able to prioritise a heavy workload.
